FNB Pinetown Stole My money

I have just had the worst experience at the FNB branch (FNB, Crompton Street, New Germany, Pinetown). I used one of their cash depositing ATM's to deposit money into my own account and the machine malfunctioned but still took my money.

The branch manager and her staff refused to help me telling that to refund my money will take 2 to 5 days. What utter nonsense is this? This is my money which I urgently needed and the malfunctioning machine is their responsibility.

I have also taken this up with the Banking Ombudsman and the National Consumer Commission
