FNB Pinelands SERVICE STINKS!!!

I am SO glad that I don't have any banking business with FNB. To cut a long story short - I was sent an ewallet for a really small amount that had to be cashed at an FNB ATM. After several unsuccessful attempts to cash I decided to visit my nearest branch - Pinelands. I imagined that it would take me all of maybe 15 minutes. More than three hours later and after much FRUSTRATION I eventually received the cash. It was such a small amount and should really not have taken that long. I was so glad that a staff member was with the all the time to experience the frustration of a lacking service. Often bank staff makes one feel *********** about these matters. She struggled with me trying one way and another. While the institutions I DO bank with are not FANTASTIC - I think for now I will stick with them. FNB change your slogan....It does not fit with the kind of service you offer.
