FNB PINELANDS has failed a loyal client
KINDLY SEND THIS EMAIL TO THE MANAGER/TEAM LEADER AT FNB "PINELANDS"
It's been 24 hours and FNB PINELANDS hasn't made contact nor acknowledged this complaint.
Attention Manager, Pinelands branch.
Being a loyal client for many years. FNB Pinelands aught to be ashamed of the staff that works at this specific branch. Its interesting that a client follows process or avoid any problems, but the staff couldn't care less at all.
My bank card expires 07/25. I made it my due diligence to visit that Fnb Pinelands branch to ensure everything runs smoothly in JUNE. Keeping in mind my card in the past has always been delivered to me.
There is a lady, coloured/Muslim, can't remember her name. She is positioned front of house at the entrance. I enquired about the process pertaining to my card being delivered to me. All she said "It's way to early as the card only expires in July and DSV will call to have it delivered". I then asked her can it be delivered to FNB pinelands. She said "NO, it cant. I have to go to the branch I opened the account, there is nothing she can do" . Which is Canal walk. She wasn't very helpful at all. I really wanted my card to be delivered to you guys, which will be convenient for me.
Why was I advised incorrectly???
I waited and waited for a call from DSV. DSV didn't call me at all. I recieved a notification dated 22/07 my card has been delivered to FNB canal walk. I called DSV on the same day and spoke to a Lindie. Enquiry why my card hasn't been delivered to me. She told me once it reaches the cape town branch there is nothing she can do. DSV can't help me. Lindie took no initiative to make any enquiries. Keeping in mind no one called me to confirm delivery address etc.
24/07 I went to FNB canal walk to collect card and made it my duty to enquire what the correct process is and did anything change that I am not aware of. The staff at FNB canal walk, there is service is EXCELLENT. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
The consultant explained to me before the card reaches the bank, its in holding and one is able to change the address of choice or have it delivered to the FNB pinelands branch. One is able to view it on the system.
1. An apology won't be good enough from FNB pinelands. 2.Why did FNB PINELANDS, that specific lady inconvenience a client? 3.Why did that lady not make an effort to check on the system pertaining to my card. 4.Why did she provide me with incorrect information? 5.Why wasn't she able to change the address for me to have it delivered to your branch?
As a client I made an effort to visit the bank in June. Why do you employ staff that is ***********, lazy and incapable of doing their job correctly and fails to provide the client with the correct details. That lady shouldn't be working at that branch. It's extremely unprofessional to inconvenience a client. Does she have no shame at all. She doesn't deserve to be working at this branch. As the manager you should educate and teach this women. And I wasn't aware that it's the clients duty to call DSV. Why does FNB partner with a company that fails to do there job. Its absolutely disgusting. FNB Pinelands aught to be ashamed of there appauling service.
