FNB piece of ****s

I been with FNB for many many years and i am disheartened to leave. This business *****s money on the basis of buying airtime! They take out 10, 20 sometimes 100 rands from my account almost each day! When i call they say that its cause im buying airtime! They have an account on my name for 2 years this business is now allowing me to get a credit record and i have filed disputes upon disputes and they say sorry its with thr credit bureaus i have contacted all credit bureaus i have wasted airtime and money getting credit reports. I have no accounts and this account is paid for i cant start a life with this bank and i really don't think other people should use this bank. They don't update their temp loans and still nobody follows up to call them i have to wait in line for an agent to cut my call with airtime wasted. I am anxious. What a pathetic business. I want a call today and i want my credit record clean. Absolute ****ing *********** business. *****ing money and not updating their loans.
