FNB Phones me over and over to FICA a LONG TIME CLOSED account

I am sick and tired of your company phoning me over and over telling me you want to FICA a business account that was closed 2 years ago. I tell your agents that the account was closed and then I get the run around from department to department and each and every person tell me they are not the FICA department!!!!!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE - DON'T YOU HAVE COMPUTERS? CONNECT YOUR COMPUTERS TO ONE ANOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
