FNB phones dont work. cant close accounts

I cannot close a share builder account, i am in Spain. the phone number doesn't work, the 087 number is discontinued. i cannot close the account from the website or the app. even though fnb says they have the ¨demos¨ showing how to do so. please sort this out immediately. my contact number is in Spain. +***
