FNB PETRO CARD SHOCKING SERVICE

Absolutely disgusted and furious with FNB - going on line to check if my debit order went thru to my Petro Card. Their system would not read our phone system or my ID/card no/pin no. Kept saying I put incorrect numbers, then my card gets blocked. spent and hour at Eastgate FNB only to get told the ********** number will release a new pin. The lady Zodwa said someone wld phone me "today" its now the next day, and I have not heard from anyone. I now get told she is off sick, Vas the "manager" who is extremely rude and abrupt says he will look into it and come back to me, I am still waiting, I phone again, hes not taking my calls, I ask for his manager, J Pakash, waiting on the phone 20 min - no one is talking to me. And you call this service? My pin is blocked due to your system not my fault..I dont have cash to use for petrol, I have my petrol money in my card. Who is going to sort this out? Pass the buck and no one will take responsibility. No one to answer my questions and sort their mess out. According to FNB Eastgate, all the staff say they have problems with Petro pins. ..PLEASE HELP I NEED THIS SORTED OUT FNB....shocking ****** service...

After phoning non stop and getting no help - I eventually got hold of a Mr S Naidoo who put me onto a Swinton who was very pleasant and has released a new pin. Im on my way to the garage to fill up and hopefully it works......Thank you to these two gentleman that showed professionalism.... shocking behavior from the other staff members!

Well to say I am beyond furious is putting it mildly....I stood for an hour at the garage as the pin was invalid!!!! used the garage managers phone to phone FNB....how frustrating to be put through to different departments and having to keep entering an ID no...only to be told that they have no record of all the people I spoke to this morning. So I imagined it. I got cut off numerous times.. eventually got to speak to Swinton who asked me to enter the pin 3 times.....it worked. But now I must not use it until Swinton sees what the problem is - and on top of that - this morning payments would not go through because apparently Vodacom is down and could not give me OTP's. What is going on FNB.....your service is not what it used to be!! This experience has not only been frustrating but the lack " of" from yourselves leave a lot to be desired. To keep getting put through departments and no one knows who works with them is shocking. There is no personal contact, which is very sad.....
