FNB Petro Card
On the 09/01/2020, I made arrangements with FNB Credit Card division to deduct R809.39 from my FNB cheque account, we agreed and even confirmed with an sms and several reminder to honour the agreement.
To my surprise on the 25/01/2020, R1 594.18 was deducted from my cheque account.
I tried to reverse the amount, did n't allow me to. I spoke to FNB Team of Bankers who could not help me as well. I even went into the Northgate branch yesterday morning, could n't be assisted.
I am so disgusted with FNB'S service right now,

27 Jan 2020, 11:29I am still not happy with FNB's response. The consultant got back to me re my complaint. After having banked with FNB for so many years, I think it's time to say Good Bye.. I made an arrangement and even have smses and email to confirm how much was to be deducted.
FNB still did not reverse the money they deducted without my consent, I will take this to the media as well.
FNB did not honour the arrangement putting me in such a situation.
FNB's service sucks.
