FNB "PERSONALIZED" rates

FNB,

Why is it that every other institution gives me better rates than my own bank?

First my vehicle loan u wanted to charge me 18% interest so i moved to MFC at 12%

Later wesbank offers me 8% and i moved,

So why is FNB asking me 24% on my personal loan unable to lower the interest or term yet i can move it to another institution at a much lower interest % today and save long term?

Is this the way of applying your promotion on personalized interest rates for your clients?
