FNB personal Smart loan

Good day

i got an fnb smart loan on 03 March 2016, a loan of R25.000.

i was suppose to finish a loan on 25 Dec 2016 and everything was fine and the instalment was debited every month on 25th

My original instalment was R1439.07 then im not sure when it changed to R1300.00 but i did not have problem then last month 25th november 2016 R1300.00 was debited then again 30th Nov 2016 R953.51 was debited again. when i first called on 01 Dec 2016 i spoke to lady by the name of Rochele Griver. She first said my loan was in areas thats why i was debited twice then explained it cant be in arreas if it was debited every month.,thefore said its ok the R953.51 will be reversed but i must call tomorrow the money must first registered on their system .on Friday 02 Dec 2016 i called and spoke to tshepi who in turn explain that i made a loan or cheque of R6000.00 from same account then paid back around september 2014 . when i asked she promised to send the copy of proof on when i made the loan etc. but until end of day i never got the email.and that i might not be reimbursed the R953.00. Today i spoke to Joey who said investigation was done and i wont be reimbursed the R953.51 hence the case was closed and i did take the R6000.00 .my question is nobody from FNB called me about the incident since friday till today and why i was debited twice they really inconvenienced me financially because the money was for use of remaining month till next pay day.i believe somebody at FNb know what happened to the R6000.00 and Fnb does not want to investigate it or covering their backs..Joey promised to escalate the matter to her manager and they will call me back? but i doubt it.

thanking you inadvance

Thabang Mashiloane

Cell ********** 993

Tell 011 **********
