FNB PERSONAL LOANS/LEGAL

Ref FNB-*** email ***. I got a call from Legal Services with that reference even though I paid the account in full and got the settlement letter I still got the calls threatening my husband that if I do not pay they will take it from my salary I have advised FNB Legal department but this is ongoing everyday I get calls from different people in this company. This is the response I got from FNB from Ms Sibongile Maseko - I do remember but FNB legal department needs the proof of payment In order to closed the loan Please send it to me or call *** for further assistance. I did send the proof of payment and no response from her till now.
