FNB PERSONAL LOANS - Worst customer service ever , stay away from FNB

Please dont deal with FNB personal loans they have the worst service levels of any organisation i made arrangements to pay my loan arrears acknowledging that i was not up to date with my payments i call the collections department and make the necessary arrangements i ask for an arrangement letter to be sent to me so i can keep this for reference purposes to be told one of the biggest financial institutions in the country does not do arrangement letters for their clients , i am so disappointed that after dealing with this institution for almost 14 years now i receive service that is far below par . i made numerous calls and each call was nothing less than 20 mins . To anybody reading this please do not ever think about banking or dealing with this institution they have one of the worst customer service levels in the industry .
