FNB personal loans- the impersonal touch!

<p>I was asked by FNB loans dept by sms if I wanted my debit to go off early, I rep**** no and as expected it came off anyway,. this was reversed a day or so later and the nest thing I get an sms to say I am in arrears! it transpires that FNB loans dept didn't run the debit order but still felt I should receive an offensive sms anyway. I called to complain and was again told that my account was in arrears- I demanded an apology but I doubt I will hear from them as this is normal. they are the only department of FNB that I have any trouble with but it is constant.<br />Once I have paid off these loans which will happen in the next few months, I will not use FNB loans again.<br />this will also go on Hello Peter to warn other people.</p>
