FNB Personal Loans *****S your money!

My dad paid some money into my account for petrol on the 15th of December. Immediately my personal loan debit order was processed! The debit order date was set at the 25th. I called immediately to arrange a reversal. It has yet to be done. This is my 4th time trying to get a hold of an agent to assist me with my query. My calls are cut after being told that I need to provide proof of salary for this month (I HAVEN'T BEEN PAID YET) , no one calls back, I'm put on hold then transferred all over the place... I'm utterly sick of this. It is unacceptable that money be taken off my account unauthorized- they are basically *****ing from me! I only get paid on the 30th and still need to live till then! I want this sorted out NOW. I am truly infuriated.
