FNB personal loans some help please

To whom it may concern. This is not a complaint as such but I do urgently need assistance My personal loan used to go off via stop order on the 20th as it was via stop order. I now need it to go off via debit order on the 1st of each month.

A lady from your offices confirmed this and asked me via email to confirm the debit order mandate. I explained to her that I didn't get the debit order mandate on the app and that I don't always have access to my emails and the exact moment I need to accept the debit order mandate. She did not reply again on my request to be called today so we can do it telephonically. Please confirm if my debit order for my personal loan has been completed and if not please get someone to call me to redo so I can accept the debit order mandate.
