FNB Personal Loans Department Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Loans department of this bank is absolutely disgusting at customer services. They cannot issue a simple Settlement Letter. I called and requested 3 weeks ago asking for a simple letter. After multiple follow ups. Agents that drop calls while you are waiting and no on can tell you why they don't just issue out the letter. Its another way for them to keep you debt longer. This is absolutely unacceptable from a Bank this big.
