FNB personal loans collections bad service.

I requested for a refund on my personal loan that I had overpaid. On Monday I spoke to Salminah Maremane at FNB personal loans collections, she said the money will be available in 24 hours, the following day I checked there was nothing in my account. On Wednesday I called again, spoke to Paballo Pabi, who said that the funds were transferred to my account and can be accessed before end of day on Wednesday, checked my account, nothing, Thursday, I called in again, spoke to Kea, she said funds are transferred, and will be available, checked my account, nothing, today I spoke to Nomvuyo the Team Leader, who promised to help me, but to no avail. It is very urgent that I get this money back. This is not on, I need this money to pay something very important.
