FNB Personal Loans

About 4 to 5 months ago I called FNB personal loans , with regards to changing my debit order dates. The consultant on the call explained the calls are recorded etc, Which I don't have a problem with. I explained that my salary dates has changed and that I need to move my debit order dates for my personal loans to the 2nd of every month. I was asked to approve a notification on my banking app which I did and I was assured that from the next month my debit orders will go off on the 2nd. ever since I have had unpaid debit orders, I was travelling to a difference province last weekend and transferred funds to debit account and was deducted immediately. Last month my account was not even debited and this month my account gets double debited without any notification. It is really sad the level of service I am experiencing.
