FNB Personal Loans

On the 8th of April 2016, i requested a settlement letter from FNB on account ***. and immediately after receiving the settlement i paid up the loan in full and was advised it was closed... on the 15th of April 2016 i was deducted the loan amount by FNB and i called in to enquirer. and was told that the debit order was already loaded and i will be refunded my money in 48 hours. Since from the 20th of April i have been calling in to ask about my refund and i was told that the sent a refund request to their finance department and i was given a ref number (***) after a week a called in again and Spoke to a lady called Matshidiso Msisa and she told me the request was not loaded and she will send it to finance and i should expect payment in 48 hours.. i waited for a week and still no refund and i called in again i spoke to a gentlemn who told me i was refunded on the 20th of April 2016.. and i explained to him that i was never refunded and he requested my bank statement and gave me this email *** and advised that he will speak to finance and request my refund.... so it has been another week no refund in my bank... FNB Pls can i get refunded since i have paid up my loan in full
