FNB personal loans

<p>I have a personal loan with FNB, and I defaulted sometime ago but I CALLED THEM to make an arrangement about the arrears as well as that they must RE-INSTATE the debit order. They did not do that and I tried to call them and could not get through. Now on Monday 31 October they deduct half my salary (and they also took the money for arrears on the 25th ). Then I get a call from Letitia Tshwane whom I explain my part of the story and she says she will take up my issue with her supervisor and that her supervisor will call me and she/he never did. I called today and Matshidiso Mtisa said FNB will not give me my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>My gripe is I am suffering abuse from FNB's incompetence, I have never refused to pay FNB but they are the one's who did no re-instate the debit order after I have requested them to do so several times. And now they are bullying me by going into my account and taking whatever amount of money they so wish.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am asking for my money and let us agree on new terms about how much I will pay the personal loan.</p>
