FNB Personal Loans 0% service level

I have logged complaints and queries re FNB Personal Loans and home loans directly with the bank and on Hello Peter. I must say the Home Loans department called me several times to make sure my issue was resolved. However the low level of service and lack of interest from the Personal Loans department leaves a bad taste in my mouth. No conclusion since 7 August. Two months of debit orserinot gone off and I will consider getting legal advise if I pay any additional interest or my credit score is affect. Perhaps moving all my accounts to another bank that is more interested in the average customer will be in my best interest.
