FNB Personal Loan taking 45 day to pay updated upon from the day of payment

Hi,

My FNB personal loan was paid in full however, now i am being told that it will take 45 working days to be updated. I mean how does that work? It only takes 3-5 day for the payment to reflect after the payment was done, then why should i wait +-40 day for the account to be updated? Please let me know as this is nonsense.
