Fnb personal loan poor service

App**** for a preapproved loan with Fnb personal loans over a week now. Still waiting for the “debicheck” to be sent so i can approve. I called Fnb 10 times but all they can tell me is “still in process”. Needed the loan urgently for today. But still no care or response from Fnb. No help at all from the customer care.
