FNB Personal Loan (NOT REQUESTED FOR) added to my account
FNB, I am waiting for an explanation as to why a personal loan account has been opened and added to my account that I DID NOT REQUEST FOR?!?!?!??! This is absolutely pathetic.

27 Jun 2021, 22:34I've made contact with the FNB Secure chat which is an absolutely pathetic platform to use regarding issues. Consultants on the platform waste your time and don't respond to questions directly. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately!!!!
