FNB PERSONAL LOAN INTEREST

Good day

FNB is not taking me serious, i received a call from a consultant , after a complaint logged(Your Complaint ***NF has been assigned to FNB Loans. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly)and she failed to help me, she ask me to reply on the email containing my contract, but i did not get feedback to date.

Today i receive a statement ,with the same figures regardless of the payment i made on the 23 April 2020 .( Principal debt was R120000 from August 2019 to date my current balance is at R117000 to date) and i pay R4460 per month.

Because i cannot get help, my option is to move to a Bank that will have my best interest at heart.
