Bad customer service - personal loan call center

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received from FNB personal loan call center. I had an issue with my account and needed assistance, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I had to call 3 times, every time I was transferred to a different agent and twice the agents I spoke with were rude and dropped the call. The lack of professionalism left me speechless and undervalued as a customer. This is not the level of service I expect from FNB.
