FNB PERSONAL LOAN DEPARTMENT NONSENSE

On the 12 December I paid up my loan (1362). on the 19 December a request was send to Allen Lekalakala to refund and close the account. On the 5 January I called in to check what is going on with my refund, I was told that I will be refunded on following day. Today I called in to check again and spoke to Modise , ONLY TO ****EN FIND OUT THAT THE ****** REQUEST TO REFUND AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT JERRRRR. BELIEVE ME THEY ARE STILL GOING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THIS MONTH FOR THAT LOAN WHICH I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING ANYMORE. Yessessssssss I have never seen such a disgusting service like. FNB I WANT MUCH REFUND AND DON'T ****EN DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THIS MONTH. ANYWAY WHAT WILL I BE PAYING BECAUSE I PAID UP THAT LOAN. SIESSSSSS
