Terrible service received from the personal loans department. I called this department to settle my personal loan. I was provided with a settlement amount. I paid the total settlement amount now when I checked the personal loan amount it's giving me another settlement amount. This is nonsense. Someone from this department is messing me around trying to ***** my money
