FNB Personal Loan debit order mess up

My personal loan of R991 was debited on the 25 July 2025.I discovered when perusing my APP on the 31 July,even though there was enough funds in my account,it showed that the debit order dated 25 July was returned even though my balance was not adjusted.I contacted FNB Loans Collections Help desk via Secure Chat and cpmmunicated with Makwetle on 31 July 2025 who confirmed that my personal loan debit order of R991 was successfully collected on the 25 July 2025.I aso have transcrpt of our chat on my APP. Today I have received a sms stating that my personal loan is in arrears and that my credit rating would be effected.What is happening?This is very frustrating.....as it seems that FNB has somehow tarnished my credit profile by this debit order mess up caused my them.I would like an apology and written confirmation that my credit profile will not be negatively effected by this FNB's error.
