FNB Personal Loan complain

I have taken a personal loan of R55000 in 2013 to be paid back in 48 months and it was done over the phone and we agree that they will send a written contract at the branch so that I could have a look at what we agree upon. I have already almost paid back R108 000 and left with one last instalment. What shocked me I have already paid double the amount that I have loaned without written contract provided to me. I went to the branch several times including FNB Northrand road Boksburg and East Rand Mall Boksburg requesting my contract with no luck. I have made several calls to their call center as well and I spoke to Jacque she promise to send voice note and written contact and the call reference number is ********** .
