FNB personal loan call assistant
Just want to thank Mylo (didn't get her name clear...) at the call centre who assist me with my personal loan. You are one of a kind and FNB can be so glad to have you as one of them. I gave her a rating but couldn't hear clear and press 1 (which i thought is the best). My speaker of my phone is damaged but she keep calm even if i asked the same question ten times....
