FNB Personal Loan

Took a loan from this bank, paying every month but the balance keeps increasing as though I am not paying. Called them in December 2019. They said they gonna call back and sort the issue. Till this day never got a call from them. Be careful people. These are very ***** people. I'll advice people not to take loan from FNB. Very ***** people.
