FnB Personal loan

I had a personal loan with FNB and I defaulted, my account was handed over to the legal department I then settled the account five months back and I then requested the paid up later they then send me the paid up letter with a different account number which doesn't not match the one at the ITC when I call fnb I keep on hearing the same thing over n over again saying we'll send the requested to the ITC to update your account, it's been it's almost 6 months now not getting any help from fnb Personal loan or collection department ITC can't update my profile with the paid up letter which I've send to them because the account doesn't match with what they got on their system which is *** and on the paid up letter they sent shows ***
