FNB personal loan

Good day I have a personal loan at FNB that's been in arrears since 2017. About a year ago I tried calling them to make arrangements to start paying on this account, after being transfered to about three different departments within Fnb, I still haven't been able to speak to the right person. No one has called me about this loan since or emailed me with any information, but it shows up as bad credit. I went under debt review some time ago but Fnb also refused to accept what was offered through my debt review. So now I'm willing to make arrangements for a debit order, or Fnb should cancel this amount if they do not contact me soon. Either way, this is affecting my credit score.
