Fnb personal loan.

I received an sms and an email from Brooks and Luyt attorneys demanding a payment of over R4000 and telling me I have been handded over by fnb personal loans.

I had a credit card and two personal loans that I paid-up with fnb. I called the attorneys at brooks and they were of no help, after holding and being transferred by the fnb call center agents the calls got cut off twice. One of the agents told me I owe R29.0000 yet I have paid up letters from fnb.

I would like to understand how this new loan come to be that is from 2017. How is that they have never mentioned anything of it and it does not even appear on any correspondence I have with them.

I was told to contact their ***** like after the agent at Brooks and Luyt told me they have received an influx of people complaining of fnb handing them over to them.

Can someone please assist me as this can affect my credit score negativity.
