FNB PERSONAL LOAN

I had a personal Loan with FNB. Due to loss of income at some point it was handed over to Anderson inc. I settled my Loan account on 13 June 2022. To this day my loan account is still on ITC. FNB does not want to assist me. I have called so many times to request for assistance but their collections deparTment listens to my problem then hang up on me. I was promised a settlement letter within 10 business days and i still haven’t received one.
