Fnb personal loan

Good day This is follow up on the first review I wrote about fnb ...I had compain about them for not taking their debit order from my capitec account .I personally went to the fnb branch in sunward park boksburg where the consultant assisted me to phone their lon department ,I explained my complaint and made new arrangements for debit order to go of month end today I get n sms saying that account has been handed over to administration for non payment, this is so unfair that I have to be marked as bad payer when it's not my fault but their consultants not updating their system.After receiving the sms I phoned the number provided with reference the lady on other side say that wht ever arrangements I made is not showing on their side ,what do I do in this case where fnb has failed me 3 times .Lady also told me that someone from complaints will be phoning me urgently to resolve the problem,I still didnt receive any call .
