FNB personal loan

I settled my personal loan with the amount on fnbonline. I then forwarded to payment to the email address they gave. I was charged for further fees - automatically I think. Also, the loan was so much more expensive than other banks. 21.75% as opposed to Discovery which was 13%!!!!!!!

I have now sent 4 emails asking them to close the account. Nothing - get sent a reference. The last email I sent I have threatened the Banking Ombudsman.

FNB have gone downhill. BBBBBBBBBBBBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is failing these institutions because they have lazy, stupid staff!
