FNB Personal banking is the worst that I ever see

FNB Private bank experience is shocking! Completely useless. I have been complaining for 2 years with no real improvement. The last one: on 16 September, I identified a ********** transaction on my account. On the same evening, my wife who banks with Nedbank also identified a ********** transaction. The next morning she was called by Nedbank and assisted on the phone. The following morning, her money was refunded. At FNB, until today (2 months later), the issue has not been resolved. Their personal banking is the worst. I would not recommend that to anyone.
