FNB Personal and Private Service Recovery

Persona and Private Service Recovery not responding to my emails after I have reported an unauthorised debit order from Moneytr and which they have debited again this month. I have sent countless emails to *** (Mrs Catherine Morgan) but no response to the queries and follow-ups I have made. This morning there was another unauthorised debit order from Iwyze which I don't know of. This means I should be frequenting police station make affidavits for debits that I did not approve.
