FNB Personal Account and Hospital plan Dispute

What a mess and waste of my time and energy. I could have just left it, as the query I had was an amount of R12k. I had to print and complete all the debit orders I was disputing, after you tried to rectify my account, the same debit orders went off again and each of them you can multiply with 2 then I am back to square one. I don't understand why I had to go through so much trouble just had a big surgery and I had no choice but to go in and ask the staff at Keywest Mall FNB to help me. The 1st forms she send through was approved for an amount of R5K So now you can understand how long I have to wait for you to help me and to rectify the errors that left me with no money in my account, all my policies are all paid last month but you keep on deducting them twice? I am really unhappy with the service at the FNB Life department as I have submitted all the relevant information and documents it's still pending. I have paid for the OP out of my own pocket, that was a huge amount, not sure why Netcare didn't notify you when I was admitted, please will you be able to assist me with this matter as well.

Reviewer Update
Hi, thank you I appreciate your response to all the issues I have with FNB. This was the only way for me to get someone to respond to me after I spend hours on the phone with one of the consultants at FNB HO that send me the forms to send back to FNB, so I had spent some time viewing all of them and then went in for an OP at Pinehaven and went into the bank to get help to submit all the documents to FNB HO. The consultant said that she sent through the 1st few forms and that R5K was already approved, and it will take 5 days for the money to be paid back to my account, well now it's almost 2 weeks. The same with my hospital plan my OP was done on the 10th, see today's date nothing was paid or messages received that what they will pay, am I getting something back after I have paid all the Drs for the emergency OP I had. I am broke can't work and feel that FNB is not living up to their promises.
