FNB Permissions KYC

I have been calling everyday endlessly , going for 2 weeks soon trying to add an administrator on my account.

I did get an email & responded to it "without changing the subject line" with all the requested docs but still have not had a response to resolve the matter.

Please can you help urgently as it is stalling the running of the business.
