FNB Pension investment pay out

We have an issue with FNB that hasn't paid out our investment yet, and Given the Lock down that starts tomorrow we will struggle with getting essentials. The investment that should have paid out from the 23rd of March still hasn't due to an alleged back roll. But we're inconvenience now.
