Fnb pension fund overdue

I’ve left Fnb since march 29 and I’m being sent from pillar to post with regards to my pension funds regardless of the fact that I was dismissed for being sick. I had lost weight from 76KG to 38KG bank decided to put me on performance management when I was recovering. I’m not asking for money which I’m not entitled to I want my pension I don’t want to work for them ever. They know it. I just want my pension so I can pursue my business opportunity already made available. The bank is playing hard ball with details on who to claim from. HR is not attending to my case and direct me to the right person. All details are available as per email sent to head of HR. Next is to close all my bank accounts with them and use ABSA and Nedbank who are reasonably low on monthly bank charges. I don’t want to go to CCMA but it’s the next option if this fails and he’ll breaks lose
