FNB Pension-backed Homeloan

I am not impressed with the service I have been receiving from FNB Homeloans. I app**** for a pension-backed home loan on 03 August 2022. I have not been receiving feedback from FNB up until I pick up a phone and follow up. Every time I do that. I keep on getting the same feedback that I need to submit supporting documents, which I did, on more than three occasions. However, my home loan application does not get finalized. I keep on getting the same response of submitting documents over and over again. This is really unacceptable. Some of the emails I received through FNB Service Manager *** comes through with a blank request to submit documents, which are not stipulated in the email.
