FNB PENALIZING ME FOR MERCHANT BANKING LATE

On the first of September I transferred a small amount of money from the credit card into the debit card to cater for a fuel purchase of R149.00 it went through (money deducted from the account) - but was on hold pending.

yesterday, I am penalized R110.00 because FNB honored the payment after the merchant banked it late - despite that i catered for it myself and money was deducted at the time.

I need this R110.00 bank.

no favors where done for me and i certainly should not be penalized for merchant banking late.

if there was insufficient funds at the time, payment would not have gone through.
