Fnb penalize me for faulty and wrong information together with experian

I see on my app you show I have not paid MFC nedbank car finance for 9 months? I have never missed any payments for years! Where do you and Experian get these false information? Now fnb penalize me for false information? I want this sorted immediately! Don't pass the bucket again! Fnb shows it on there system so fnb needs so sort out there faulty information! I have 3 years proof I have never missed any payments so how can FNB show this on there app?
