FNB PENALISES YOU FOR BEING OLD
Just spent a long unproductive phone call with Jacqui from FNB. By the way you are not allowed to talk to a Senior Manager or any of the decision makers cause that's not allowed!!!. I have been a customer of FNB since it opened in 1990 (26 years). Now receiving NO Customer Service, NO Communication, NO Information, NO Nothing, PERSONAL BANKER TAKEN AWAY. Told I do not qualify - don't have R70000 in my bank account and don't earn R32500 per month (check my portfolio) so if I want any of these things I MUST PHONE FNB (waste my airtime) or VISIT A BRANCH (waste my time and petrol). I am retired 72 years old and have stopped working so it was OK to get these things and be looked after while I was earning big money but now I have retired and my needs and circumstances have changed I get dumped on the s**** heap by FNB. So much for their expensive advertising campaign - \'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU\"' - to attract new customers - they cannot even look after their existing ones !!! So much for loyalty. Methinks maybe too much fami****ity and time for a change of service provider to one that actually cares about their customers and offers better service and Interest Rates!!."
