I am so disappointed with FNB Judiciary Support Centre in Port Elizabeth…

We have been dealing with Nicole Chance, Armaroy Smit (the manager) Kenny…They have been dragging to close this estate and to provide my Mother (Mrs Nokuzola Msiwa) what is due to her.

It has been 7 to 9 Months since, when we contact them they always come up with an excuse that the hold is with the master they have done everything on their side with is not true because my mother went to master and master informed her that the letter of Executorship appointing her was issued on the 24th May 2021

When I contacted Nicole wanting to find out why is it taking so long she said they will give my mother R6000 in the meantime that sounded so Unprofessional, I couldn’t believe I was speaking to an FNB Official.

We are also querying the amount that is being charged as to why is it such a big amount to do all this paper work ?

We are intending to take this matter up if it does not get resolved urgently because my mother is a pensioner she would like to be provided with what is due to her because that is her money and also for this process to be finalized and be closed…

FNB is such a disappointment really.
