FNB - Paypall no help

I have now tried for over a week to get hold of FNB Paypall, held on more than 20 minutes everytime and still nothing. Its amazing that Paypall will help, but not FNB. I am sooo dissapointed as i am Current FNB Client with our bond etc with the bank. Maybe time to move?
